Ar. Daniel Lim is an established licensed Architect, licensed Environmental Planner, BERDE Certified Professional, and UAP Fellow with over 30 years of experience in architecture, urban planning, and project management. He has worked with international design firms in Manila, Dubai, and the US, bringing a global perspective to projects in Davao City and across the Philippines.

His work spans commercial, corporate, institutional, hospitality, industrial, and residential developments, recognized for combining strong design principles with efficient project and financial planning. His multidisciplinary background in architecture, urban and regional planning, real estate management, and construction management supports his integrated and sustainable approach.
A former National President of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) and Past President of the Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Daniel has long been a leader in both the design and business communities.

He continues to champion sustainable, high-impact developments that strengthen Davao’s architecture, green building, and urban development landscape.

Ar. Lance Nathan Lim is a licensed Architect and Master Plumber, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines Diliman. He ranked Top 2 in the Architecture Licensure Examination and Top 1 in the Master Plumber Licensure Examination, underscoring his exceptional academic performance and commitment to professional mastery.

He gained extensive experience in Manila working on major developments for large national companies, institutions, and government agencies, contributing to complex commercial, institutional, and public-sector projects with the latest Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. This background strengthened his ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and deliver thoughtful, high-impact, and future-ready design solutions.

Ar. Lance later completed his Master in Business for Architecture and Design at IE University in Madrid, where he was awarded Best Student and Best Venture Lab Project, demonstrating his ability to integrate design thinking with strategic business innovation.

His practice reflects a forward-thinking architectural approach focused on creating meaningful, sustainable, and enduring contributions to the built environment in Davao City and across the Philippines.
